| Essential Functions Performed: |
* Handles incoming customer call and walk-in for product sales and information * Generates, process and files all paperwork from phone and walk-in sales to customers * Contacts customers concerning follow-up needs to sales, investigate problem accounts * Addresses Accounts Receivable problems * Locates and pulls parts for shipment to customers * Enters customer order date into PC * Trouble-shoots customer problems by phone relative to parts and order status * Ships parts to customers * Receive in inventory and place in stock location * Develops and implements a marketing plan for assigned territory |
| Core Job Competencies Required: |
* Good communication skills including verbal, written and phone * PC skills * Blue Print reading * Product and warranty knowledge * Mechanical aptitude at basic level * Problem solving skills (ability to identify problems, analyze for cause and develop solutions) * Technical translation of product documents and specifications of vendors and customers * Attention to detail * Knowledge of company products and services specific to branch customers and vendors * Knowledge of company purchasing and branch accounting procedures and processes * Light overnight travel for product and vendor training

| Education\Experience: |
* Bachelor's Degree and/or 4 years minimum of Industrial Product sales experience * 3 to 5 years of customer service experience in distribution and/or industrial service industry * 1 to 2 years PC experience
